Cycle Limited is growing fast, and we're looking for talented people to join us. As the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales by improving efficiency of traffic, revenue, ROAS, and brand awareness through evolution of paid and non-paid channels, conversion rate and site optimization.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective email marketing campaigns, managing our sales and marketing funnels, and executing strategic SMS marketing initiatives. Your analytical mindset and project management skills will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and boost sales
• Manage marketing funnels to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion
• Create and implement effective SMS marketing strategies to reach customers in a timely manner
• Oversee the execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the bicycle industry or a strong passion for cycling
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and online sales
• Expertise in digital marketing, including email marketing (Klaviyo), marketing funnels, and SMS marketing
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Autonomous yet a collaborative team player, with a focus on driving business growth
