Cycle Limited is seeking a talented Bicycle Procurement and Merchandising Specialist to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring bicycles to expand our online product offerings, while also optimizing our existing product listings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bike Procurement and Buying:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bicycle manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers to secure the best products and pricing.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate favorable terms and manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of bikes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to align product selection with customer demand.

2. Product Listing:

• Create and review product listings to enhance visibility, clarity, and customer appeal.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive product specifications, descriptions, and imagery are provided.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell related accessories and parts.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance data to optimize listings and drive sales.
• Requirements:
• Bike Knowledge and Enthusiasm: Strong familiarity with the bicycle industry and a genuine passion for cycling, though mechanical expertise is not required.
• Computer Savvy: Proficient in using various software and tools to manage product data, listings, and ecommerce platforms.
• Procurement and Negotiation Skills: Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to secure the best products and pricing.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to analyze customer preferences and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.
• Strong Industry Network (preferred): Existing relationships and connections within the bicycle industry, which can be leveraged to expand product offerings.
