As a Bicycle Shipping and Packing Associate at Cycle Limited, you will be responsible for preparing bikes for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely for shipping. You should have experience working with a variety of bike types and components and be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in bicycle maintenance and familiarity with handling bikes of different makes and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package bicycles for shipment to customers worldwide.
• Ensure that bikes are packed securely and protected during transit, using appropriate packing materials.
• Inspect bikes for any damages or loose parts before packing.
• Disassemble and reassemble bike components as needed for efficient packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Provide feedback on packing procedures to optimize efficiency and improve the packing process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with bicycles, including assembly, disassembly, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with all types of bikes, including road, mountain, gravel, and e-bikes.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet shipping deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver bikes and boxes up to 60 lbs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• This is an on-site position, requiring candidates to either reside within a commutable distance to our Boca Raton, Florida headquarters or be willing to relocate.
