We believe that you should be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on all our bikes and accessories. If it's not the perfect fit, send it back. We won't judge.

Refund or Credit: You Decide

If this bike or accessory isn’t perfect for you, our team will help you find the right one! Choose either method below when processing your return.

Option 1: Store Credit

Buyer will receive store credit in the full amount that was paid. The buyer bears the responsibility of shipping the item back (including postal fees).

Option 2: Refund to your original payment method

Buyer will be refunded to the original payment method and 10% will be automatically deducted to account for the restocking fee. The buyer bears the responsibility of shipping the item back (including postal fees).

*Exceptions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless Cycle Limited has made an error in shipping the incorrect item or incorrect size.

Initiate Your Return

To begin your return, please email us at Support@cyclelimited.com. Returns must be shipped to Cycle Limited within 14 days of receiving the product.

Packaging & Shipping Your Return

Please make sure to package your order properly using the supplied shipping material that came with the item originally to minimize any potential shipping damage. Damage caused due to improper packing will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them and in original packaging. Clothing, footwear, and helmets must be returned in original packaging and with manufacturer tags (if applicable).

Returned orders must be shipped to Cycle Limited within 14 days of receiving the product. Any items not returned in the condition they were received, without original packaging, and/or missing parts will be subject to a decreased refund amount.
