Based out of Toronto, Canada and known for their minimal paintwork and lack of flashy labeling, since 2012 RSD has been manufacturing purpose built mountain bikes out of chromoly, aluminum, and titanium all under one roof. This enables RSD to control the finite steps in building their sturdy frames.  This includes custom hydroformed tubing and yokes, custom-butted tubes, heat treatment applications, and the manufacturing of CNC-machined components and frames, while engle-eyed QC takes place at every stage of the process. RSD focuses on offering riders the best possible top-shelf mountain bikes you may ever throw a leg over to go jam with on the trails.
